WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your orthotics and/or your unworn footwear in the original packaging.  All exchanges/refunds must occur within 60 days of your original purchase date.

You may call our Customer Care Team at 1-800-643-1969 or email  at info@orthoticsdirect.com and we will help facilitate your return. 

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

In the US, please call Customer Care at 1-800-643-1969 between 8am-4:30pm PST, Monday-Friday or email Customer Care at info@orthoticsdirect.com within 24 hours of placing your order. 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our current ship methods are:

  • US Priority Mail (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Standard Overnight
  • FedEx Priority Overnight
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A PO BOX?

Yes! However, the only carrier that will accept a PO Box delivery is the United States Postal Service. Please select US Priority Mail at checkout.

IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE OR FREIGHT CHARGE WHEN RETURNING PRODUCT?

We do not charge a restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing your product back to Orthotics Direct if it is required.
